Where to Stay
Canacona's contribution to Goan tourism is temporary thatched huts, built on stilts and trunks of coconut trees right on the beach, which run during the fair weather (October-May) season. Canacona's first luxury hotel is coming up at Rajbag. Most of the hotels are in pockets around Palolem and Agonda. Of these two, the latter is a quieter shade of quiet.
