Entertainment is very much to be derived from the bounties of nature that both Khandala and Lonavala are blessed with. For those who miss conventional activities, Lonavala has a few video game parlours. For adventure freaks there is no dearth of activities at Lonavala and Khandala. Many of the important historical and scenic spots require a fair amount of trekking and climbing. A visit to Bushy Dam will tempt the adventurer in you. You have to be truly daring to navigate the hilly slopes and terrains in order to enjoy the sparkling waterfalls. Those interested in serious rock climbing can check out Duke's Nose peak and other locations in the Karla hills, near Lonavala. Maharashtra Tourism provides courses in rock and fort climbing at Karla, 12 km from Lonavala.
Nightlife
Being small hill stations, there aren't too many activity oriented options after sun down. Having said that, one can go for lovely walks under the night sky!
