Catch a Tiger by its tail

Reputed to be among of India's finest, people have been known to complain that the tigers at Ranthambore National Park are almost tame! On the flip side, sightings are high a fact former US President Bill Clinton will vouch for and the drives are spectacular, with views of the Ranthambhore Fort, the legendary Jogi Mahal, lotus-covered Raj Bagh, and the Semli and Berda Valleys. What's more, ruins of summer palaces and hunting lodges quaint remnants of Rajput architecture dot the landscape at Ranthambhore.

	RTDC's Castle Jhoomar Baori

	A renovated royal hunting lodge, has character and atmosphere. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip once stayed here as guests of Maharaja Man Singh before the castle was turned into a hotel.
