I m from Bangladesh. I want to visit Darjeeling via kolkata. I can stay 4 days in India. Can anyone guide me the details with best way(economical) for hotel,air,etc.

Shortest route for you will be via Jalpaiguri or Silguri since it lies just next to the Bangaldeshi boarder .
If you want to go by train form Kolkota , you take morning train Kanchanjunga express from Sealda .

The best thing is to fly from Kolkata to Bagogra ( and back)

Flight schedules and comparative airfares available online at
www.yatra.com

From Bagdogra you have a choice of shared taxies, private taxis, buses or even the slow but scenic mountain train up top Darjeeling. The train starts from New Jalpaiguri rly station, about a 30 mins drive from Bagdogra airport.

Yes, there are trains from Kolkata( Sealdah, Howrah or Klokata) to New Jalpaiguri but they are all day time trains that may not work for your schedule.
